Question 1

Who is My Village for?

Accepted Answer

My Village is an invite-only care circle for parents and caregivers in Camden and nearby coastal Maine communities, including Camden, Rockport, and Lincolnville. The public information does not define separate eligibility rules for families who are visiting, so a stay in the area alone does not confirm eligibility.

Question 2

Can my family join while we are staying nearby?

Accepted Answer

A visit to Camden or a nearby coastal community does not itself establish eligibility. My Village has not published visitor-specific requirements. The circle is entered by personal invitation and steward approval, so asking a question does not promise admission.

Question 3

How does the invitation and approval process work?

Accepted Answer

My Village is invite-only. Entry begins with a personal invitation and requires circle steward approval. A membership checkout does not bypass either step.

Question 4

Can you confirm care will be available during our stay?

Accepted Answer

No visitor-specific availability is published here, so this FAQ cannot confirm care for particular dates or needs. Use the form below to ask about your situation; a message is not a confirmation of care.

Question 5

What does visitor care cost?

Accepted Answer

My Village describes its circle as reciprocal: one hour of care given for one hour received, without payments. The public information does not establish visitor-specific participation or pricing details, so it cannot say how that model applies to your stay. Use the form below to ask.

Question 6

Can I book care from a public listing?

Accepted Answer

My Village describes itself as a private, invite-only circle without public circle listings or open regional circle discovery. Its local resource directory is separate. The public information does not define booking arrangements for visiting families, so use the form below to ask about your situation.
